Casino Room Review

Casino RoomThis casino has been getting positive reviews ever since it opened in 2005. It’s been quietly moving up the ranks ever since then and is now becoming one of the top options when it comes to slots and other casino games.

We received several requests to get a review up and running. Happy to oblige, we decided to sign up and see what all the fuss is about. So does it really live up to the billing or should we close our accounts straight away? Keep reading to find out more.

New Player Bonus

The new player bonus gets you off on the right track straight away. It’s a generous 100% match on your first deposit – the upper limit is £150 per new account. That’s more than enough to build a decent bankroll and walk away a winner.

We usually advise you stick to the table game that you know best. They’re usually lower-risk than any given slot, though of course you won’t win ‘big’ on a single bet. Nevertheless, slow and steady wins the race when it comes to the deposit bonus! You can always place a cheeky wager on the slots once you’ve gone through the wagering requirements.

Existing Player Promotions

The existing player promotions are also quite funky. You’ve got your standard matched bonuses, sure, but there’s a lot more where that came from. Casino Room manages things in terms of ‘Missions’ – each mission is built around playing on certain games and achieving things, such as playing a minimum of X rounds on a slot. This leads to experience points and badges, which can later be redeemed for money or spins.

It’s definitely an interesting take on the existing player promotions and sets Casino Room apart from anything else we’ve seen before. It’s not more (or less) generous than other offers we’ve seen, but it definitely makes the whole experience a whole lot of fun!

Slots and Games

The slot section is where Casino Room has placed all of its eggs – they’ve definitely made everything of this basket, that’s for sure. You have pretty much every game you can think of, so you can be sure you won’t be left wanting.

These are some of the titles we’ve really enjoyed recently:

  • Pizza Prize – it’s quite a silly game, but loads of fun. It’s based around pizzas, strangely enough!
  • Gladiator – Ever since Russell Crowe’s epic, we can’t get enough of Roman-themed games. This one is definitely up there amongst our favourites.
  • Mega Moolah – We didn’t get ‘mega moolah’ every single time we played this slot, but we certainly found it to be more than generous.

You also get your choice when it comes to blackjack and roulette:

  • 21 Burn Blackjack
  • American Blackjack
  • Classic Blackjack
  • European Blackjack
  • Pontoon
  • Super 7 Blackjack
  • American Roulette
  • European Roulette
  • French Roulette
  • Live Casino Roulette
  • Premier Roulette

We told you there was plenty there for you!

Live Casino

The Live Casino doesn’t seem to take the front scene at Casino Room, but it’s there. You’ve got Live Blackjack and Live Roulette – you can access them through the games section, just as you would your standard versions. It’s a little hidden away, so we’re guessing that the company has decided not to place an emphasis on this side of their offer. It’s still a solid live casino and worth checking out for a wager or two.

Customer Service

Casino Room has pretty much every form of contact available, including Skype! Definitely up to speed with technology, that’s for sure.

You’ve also got your 24/7 chat, telephone lines that are always open, as well as mail enquiries. All forms of contact are reliable and quick, so just choose the one you prefer!

In addition to all of the bases being covered in terms of contact options, you’ve also got an extensive FAQ section to refer to. It’s quite complete, so a basic CTRL+F should lead you to your answer pretty quickly.

Can You Trust New Casinos?

Casino Room hasn’t been around for very long (since 2005), but that doesn’t necessarily mean you should be worried about depositing your money with these guys. These are the checks you should go through before signing up to a new name:

Is the Casino Licensed? Check out whether the place in question is registered and licensed with a legit gaming authority. Casino Room fulfils this one, as it’s got the Lotteries and Gaming Authority of Malta behind it.
Does it use third-party software? You want the games that the casino runs to be fully independent. In other words, they have to be powered by a third-party software company. This ensures that the odds are always fair and that the house can’t tweak anything from the inside.

Casino Room may not be an aging giant such as William Hill or Ladbrokes, but it’s nevertheless a name you can trust. It’s passed all government checks, so that should be more than enough for us.

Deposits and Withdrawals

It’s a simple process and we don’t expect you to run into any problems here. You can use the following payment methods (we’re pretty sure you can use at least one of these!):

  • Mastercard
  • Visa (debit)
  • GiroPay
  • iDeal
  • Ukash
  • ClickAndBuy
  • PaySafeCard
  • WebMoney
  • Trustly
  • Click2Pay
  • Skrill

Withdrawals are smooth as well – the longest we ever had to wait was 48 hours. We usually had our money in our bank accounts within 24 hours and that’s the average you should be expecting to see as well.

Bet Responsibly

We really like the fact that Casino Rooms place an emphasis on responsible gambling. You can set personal limits, block your account for a specified time frame and they also offer help to point you in the right direction should you need a little help.

Our Final Verdict

Find that Sign Up button and click on it now. We think we made it quite clear that Casino Room gets our thumbs all the way up – you’ve got everything you need for a full casino experience, including a nice bonus to get you started and on your way to profits.
